This is NOT a soft-skill course! This is an opportunity to look at the science behind what’s commonly referred to as ‘implicit or unconscious bias’ with the aim of learning and thinking about new approaches to avoid harmful bias in workplaces and universities.
The talks will be followed by a roundtable discussion for registered participants (in person only!).
